Learning ARTS pays a very low rate for the entry level/paraprofessional position. Therefore, they are constantly in need of staff for clients, and there is a very high turnover rate. One manager in particular is a misogynist, making the workplace culture unpleasant for many. Hours requirement for salaried staff is absurd, making work/life balance non-existent. - more...
