HQ is a laid back but hard working fun place to work
Project Administrator (Former Employee) – Rochester, NY – August 7, 2018
Company is very family oriented, flexible in hours which is great for families. there is a cafe in the HQ to go relax and eat and a vending machine. they focus on health, offer yoga classes and health classes monthly. benefits are great. very friendly co workers, welcoming. hard working - you need to do you job and do it well and on time.that is probably the only hardest part of the job. you must be very self motivated because there is not much direction from bosses to stay on task. this is not very entry level They do however offer interns in the summertime. overall I love this company.
outside company benefits such as concerts, galas, parties, flexible hours
One of the top construction companies in the northeast by far.

Come to work ready to face the day with an upbeat attitude and be flexible as things may not always go as scheduled. Go with the flow and be positive in every aspect that you may encounter. Management is focused and not easily swayed by the trending in the industry. Always looking at trends 3 to 5 years down the road. Relaxed and fun atmosphere. Family friendly! Keeping up with government policies and guidelines. The relaxed but professional atmosphere and friendliness of co-workers.
Relaxed management styles. Healthcare coverage and 401K matched compensation.
Too many owners (partners) that aren't on the same page.
Marketing Coordinator (Former Employee) – Rochester, NY – January 16, 2015
put together proposals for the company to "get work". Worked against deadlines on a daily basis. Attended tradeshows for the company, met new people. worked long hours and weekends at times to meet deadlines. Learned to design brochures, layout newsletters, create large format prints for display at tradeshows.
Marketing Intern (Former Employee) – Rochester, NY – April 25, 2014
Management was always very clear in their expectations of projects and always available to answer questions. The work I did there was different each day which kept it exciting and also made for a copious learning experience. The co-workers are all very friendly and helpful, overall great place to work.

The employees there are very enjoyable and a pleasure to work with. However, this company is run like a corporation, and you are little more than a number to the upper management, no matter how much they tell you that it's a "family." The LeChase attitude is one of if there is a problem, fire the person who is in charge, and replace them with someone else. They are constantly "changing the guard" while not being fully honest with the staff.
