I came on to a really great team on pace to hit never before seen goals. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we needed to hold/term my assignment. I would definitely come back to be part of Ledgent F&A as soon as my NLM contacts me for an opportunity.

Excellent company with a a Fun and very caring culture

This industry is very stressful but this company makes it a fun and purposeful place to work! Great work life balance! They honestly try to put the best people in our company and management truly cares for you. Our company has great resources and you are given many opportunities to be successful here!

Recruiters are personable and easy to talk to. They really look for positions that will be a good fit for your skillset and personality. They found me a perfect position! They check in on you as the job progresses to be sure you are comfortable and if they suspect there might be a better fit they will find it for you right away. When I find myself in need of employment, I go to Roth first.

This company is all about culture - and it shows. The interview process is a bit more daunting, but they truly are looking for people that are a good culture fit above all else. People are much more involved and passionate than most other staffing firms, and management will have your back if you want/need something.

Don't Trust Anyone especially Managment

Lack of ethics and poor examples of leadership/teamwork highlighted working here. Although I didnt even last a year, I saw great examples of what not to do so I'm thankful for that. In all honesty if you dont last here it's actually a blessing in disguise bc only dishonest low character or flat out fake people remain long term. The high turnover let's you know what you need to. If you are ok with having unrealistic metrics and being encouraged to sell dreams than this is the perfect place for you to come work.

A very unremarkable experience... Would HIGHLY WARN AGAINST using this egregiously unprofessional temp agency. -Upper management (market manager) is hypocritical, incompetent, and biased. Demonstrates poor leadership and lack of awareness of business territories. Utilizes micromanaging, corporate bullying tactics. -It's basically a sweatshop/boiler room (sales call center) with a wannabe and disingenuous Wolf of Wall Street feel for added tackiness. Inexcusable arrogance. Unorganized company desperately trying to overexpand and sell out without the proper business infrastructure or appropriate industry standards. Outrageous rates for such lackluster, inferior service. -Company associates WILL talk behind your back...Very crude remarks and offensive and condescending comments on your appearance, clothing, and background WILL be made. All in all a huge waste of time.

I start at 8 am I check my emails, if I have any assignment, I start with that job immediately according to the priority. I take my lunch at 12 until 12.30 and again my routine starts a new job or finish the previous one, I finish at 4.30 pm

Great company that strives to make life better for the people that they serve. The training program is very good and sets the employees up for success. Very good workplace culture and the organization has diversity. Daily team building and meetings. The managers has an open door policy and is always available when called upon. The employers value and understand the willingness to work hard and allows the employees to ask questions to ensure accuracy. The management team enforce good time management skills as the staff does not want to waste time. The company offers a great base salary and a very good commission plan coupled with good healthcare benefits. The management team welcome new ideas and changes that might make the scope of the job better. Quarterly reviews that shows your improvements and or weaknesses and discussed with upper management as this allows you to see errors and enforce growth. Client visits are mandated weekly as this is a really good way to grow the business. Several different tools to find qualified candidates and resumes. Protected geographic territories and zones.

Interesting and demanding place to work

Recruiter (Former Employee) - San Diego, CA - November 5, 2018

Ledgent had an excellent location across from Westfield mall in La Jolla. Small work space offered 0 privacy for phone calls to candidates. High expectations re: calls out, placing candidates into jobs quickly. Encouraged potential temp employees to come into the firm to be tested and interviewed although there were no jobs available for them. Frustrating for people desperate for a job as recruiter would hype a candidate to call every day for any jobs available but there were none. Not good company policy leading people on just to "make your numbers." Sad but true.

Pay and benefits were decent, location, free parking, close by places for lunch

Cons

No breaks, lunches frowned upon, staff could be snotty, lots of talking behind the back of temp and full time recruiters.

I have limited experience at ledgent Staffing. They were not very good at getting me productive assignments, The ones they did get for me did not match my skill set. I was on one assignment that was ending and they did not find a new assignment for me I was very disappointed.
