Poor. Dishonest management. Practice supervisor just milking a salary while having random tantrums and not knowing anything about the office work flow. Literally knows nothing but a budget and that's questionable. New people hired will hurt the patients one day and not lose sleep. Managing staff are big on gossip and low on setting the example or getting things done. The physicians act like children and frame the nursing staff for their mistakes (doctor comes in an hour late and tells the manager the reason a patient walked out is because the staff wasn't rooming patients). Supervising Physician needs to stop setting poor performance examples.
Take a closer look at the management and supervisors in department office. Sometimes they do whatever they want, and some makes miserable a daily work.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Lee Health a better place to work?
Regarding the 'Absenteeism/Tardiness' policy...
An employee only goes into corrective action if they have 5 separate incidents of absenteeism during the 12 months preceding the latest incident. So, if you are out for 3 days consecutively, it is considered 1 incident.
I simply reeducated myself, obtained another degree and then applied to the hospital system for employment.
