Regarding the 'Absenteeism/Tardiness' policy...

An employee only goes into corrective action if they have 5 separate incidents of absenteeism during the 12 months preceding the latest incident. So, if you are out for 3 days consecutively, it is considered 1 incident.

PTO use if your doctor puts you on FMLA. I have never seen so many people on intermittent FMLA in my life. The staff is so miserable they are not well. After time I think they have become physically ill and unable to work 3 days a week!
