Not a bad place to work

Lefcon isn't a bad place to work. There is room for advancement, they actually incentivize certifications, so that is a good thing. There is paid lunches, game room, break room, etc. Management is ok but others have different opinions. The President/Owner is good, easy to talk to and get along with.

8 hour days. there are several levels of positions. call takers and engineers.. everyone is really nice and gets along well. Its a good team. Stay far away

wouldn't recommend working here unless you want to be overworked and under appreciated. President/Owner has publicly berated employees for minor things, favoritism is the only way to advance or get raises, seasoned employees have private chats to mock lower tier employees, management mocks employees, if you aren't liked here the other employees make it known, no punishment for employees breaking t...
