misleading job experience, mislead job role, and a waste of time. Not beginner friendly, always remember they want you to have experience already. They shouldn’t hire people if they are uncertain about someone. I was basically lied to.

They don’t train you properly and expect perfection

This just will train each person a different way and if you get something wrong because you didn’t learn it you will still be at fault. Supervisor for the DI Team will yell at you if you get something wrong and doesn’t listen to reason. If other people make mistakes and you don’t catch there mistakes it ends up being your fault for not double checking other peoples work.

Bad management and overworked employees

Probably one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Nice location and some people are cool, but there are also a lot of shady people who talk bad about other workers, especially the models. They have a lot of free food events and gifts which is nice but that's about it. Management in other departments are very narcissistic and condescending. No room for growth, unrealistic deadlines, and no sense of community. Expected to stay over time to complete projects; if you are not ready to give your entire life to this company, don't bother working here.

Not much growth

The place itself is nice, and you do get to work with some nice people, but that is about it. No real room for growth, the management team is unprofessional. Designers come and go so quickly. Sometimes you get free food/lunch, but you shouldn't let free food, excite you.
