There are no benefits and no support for instructors. No leadership to guide new teachers. You only receive one hour of prep time to prepare to teach and must ask permission if you need more time. Low pay and teachers are treated poorly and are expected to motivate unmotivated students and you have no voice. I thought this was going to be my dream job, and it ended up being one of the worst places that I have ever worked for. The management seems to only care about money and enrollments. They don't really care about the quality of education that they are delivering to their students.
