Business Instructor
There are no benefits and no support for instructors. No leadership to guide new teachers. You only receive one hour of prep time to prepare to teach and must ask permission if you need more time. Low pay and teachers are treated poorly and are expected to motivate unmotivated students and you have no voice. Poor curriculum and management
I thought this was going to be my dream job, and it ended up being one of the worst places that I have ever worked for. The management seems to only care about money and enrollments. They don't really care about the quality of education that they are delivering to their students.

Family environment
HDMC is the best school I have taught At. The CEO makes you feel like family. The pay is more than fair. Comfortable environment from day one. Everyone is encouraging, and beyond friendly. I love Working for HDMC because you feel like you have a voice

Everybody at Integrity College genuinely cares about the success of the students. The faculty and staff all work well together, the management is very fair and flexible always planning room for your advancement and welcome inventiveness and creativity. I love working here!!
