Create a structure. The company had high rates of turnover during the time I was there. Salary pay might be beneficial as I was very good and efficient at my job and those who needed more time ended up making a lot more money than I for less work completed.

Also they changed the job description of my role without consulting. I was handling MBN's as a supervisor. They wanted me to dress in costumes for their events then attend meetings as a business professional the next day. Owners had a difficult time taking me seriously and differentiating me from the young ladies who worked with me for this reason.
