Lack of faith in the flagship product seemed to harm this company. Shoddy budget marketing harmed the company and executives focused on scaling up instead of building out products and advertising properly.

easy commission to be earned. making sales for a good cause and not just for silly infomercial products. you could get let go at any moment without explanation and the management team wasn't very helpful.

very very difficult place to work at on a daily basis. very difficult to continually meet all the required sales goals which your commissions are based on. company very quick to punish rather than reward workers. examples include: commissions cut for days sick unless you have a doctors note....... who gets a doctors note for a cold etc.....
would never recommend as a place to work for anyone.
that is why you constantly see them or hear them looking for help
short breaks.... no job security .... stressfull!!!!!!! high employee turnover
