Horrible managment. The pisitive reviews are all written by the managment. All about profit. One of the doctors is rude and just gets a slap on the hand since she is the highest producing doctor. The promises raises and benefits that yhey dont follow through on. Just stay away!

Because they have 2 managers who don’t know what they’re doing! Long hours. All these “positive” reviews are written by upper management. Don’t be fooled.

If you're not willing to work together as a team, have pets and clients best interest, follow directions by the doctors or be accountable for yourself, it will not work. Also, you have to be reliable, dependable and have a good attitude. This place is family oriented with team atmosphere.

They don't have lazy or unaccountable staff. Everyone works together. Selfish or lazy staff members tick out like a sore thumb and quit. The great ones DO stay. They are not on this site. They are happy and Legacy Vet and are not looking for jobs.

Ultimately, the terrible management (and subsequent stress and drama) would be the number one and only reason no one stays.
