Membership Recruiting Manager in Las Vegas, NV

The Turnover is high. There is a new class of salespeople every 2 weeks or so. Yes, there are those that succeed but it is the 2%. The lawyers that you are talking to are HORRID. The leads you are given have been called on a million times by other newbies like you. The lead system you are selling is decent just that lawyers really do not care.

From the HR Dept. to the top level leadership, this company is always struggling to "make it work." They have high hopes, but don't realize how they impact the morale of teams. People are always gossiping, including the directors! My team manager is always trying to smile with all the demands and provide good customer support with no support. She manages really well and always stays in touch with us, but people always take advantage. I like the job, but turnover is insanely high here because the pay is also horrible. I won't be here long.

This company is deceiving they hired me I went through a week long training then I was on the phone for a week before they let me go. Seems like high turn over and a waist of time. I left a company to join Legalmatch. Big mistake. My direct manager was a washed up sales person. She wants to be friends with people more than helpful.
