Fun work environment and growth potential
IT Assistant (Current Employee) - Nashville, TN - July 9, 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedWorkplace culture is that off a typical sports team. Leadership, hard work, motivation, and a team environment. The most enjoyable part of the job is fulfilling the job duties and enjoying the show.
Pros
Discounted lunch, local sports tea
Cons
Short breaks

Only thing good about it was working for a team I root for
Catering Manager (Former Employee) - Newark, NJ - August 18, 2023
Constantly undermined by my direct leader (Would be told one thing, pass that along to my kitchen team to have my boss go to them and tell them he wanted something different), horrible leadership and communication, no benefits and part time hours. frozen product for VIP catering events.
Pros
got to watch my favorite sports team for free
Cons
everything above

Sometimes fun but management doesn’t pays
Assistant Catering Manager (Current Employee) - Arlington, TX - August 7, 2023
It is a fun place to work sometimes but now management are getting stricter and is sucking the life of the staff, over working them for the small pay. Company makes so much and won’t raise wages to match everything that’s going up in the outside world
Cons
Have to pay for lunch, salary is not enough

Coworkers make the day better
Barista/Cashier (Former Employee) - Thackerville, OK - May 9, 2023
The job itself it’s bad but having to work with management who doesn’t communicate is the main downfall. You can ask your manager something and they respond with snarky comments. If you tell them what you can and can’t work they won’t care and will schedule you for days you need off, the managers will talk bad about you and they don’t correctly split credit card tips like they should. You will get treated like you are nothing but an inconvenience to them.
Pros
Weekly pay and daily tips
Cons
Management, guests, hard to advance in company

Double dips
Manager (Former Employee) - Los Angeles, CA - March 29, 2023
Had two completely separate yet terrible experiences with this company years apart. In the first instance, I had 5 interviews for a management position including a meeting with the CEO at the time. After all this, they reached out with an offer but told me the company had decided to modify the salary structure of the position I had interviewed for. The new salary range was both significantly less than what they had posted for the job and less than all my previous relevant employment which they also inquired about. I felt extremely misled by these underhanded tactics and turned their "offer" down without hesitation. Years later, I saw another interesting opportunity listed with them and thought things may have now changed for the better. I submitted an application, and received an both an email and follow up phone call expressing their interest in arranging an interview. I promptly returned both the email and phone call within 90 minutes of receiving them. Never heard another word from them ever again. Just completely ghosted after they had reached out to me. Do yourself a favor and steer as far away from this company as possible. They quite clearly could not care less about how they treat people as I've seen it first hand twice now. I can tell you without having worked a single day for them that their company culture is absolutely rotten to the core.
Pros
None
Cons
Zero integrity

Fun yet frustrating
Supervisor (Former Employee) - Thackerville, OK - February 9, 2023
Management is so out of tune with each other always making new rules and not telling anyone, you get no breaks, managers will single you out and think of ways to force you to quit or fire you for your first wrong you do
Pros
Free shift meal
Cons
No breaks, short breaks if you get one

Used to be fun over 10+ years ago. Not worth the pay, especially working 10+ years with no raise or benefits.
Beverage Expeditor (Current Employee) - Arlington, TX - January 10, 2023
Used to be fun over 10+ years ago. Not worth the pay, especially working 10+ years with no raise or benefits. Only care about full-time employees. Took an opportunity to work full-time but I was lied to and never received the "full-time" and "benefits" but are expecting me to continue to do the job I took. Not worth it
Cons
No benefits

The team at SPAC works really hard to ensure everyone has a good time (guests AND EMPLOYEES). A fun place to make some extra cash during the summer months!
Pros
Employee meal each shift, incentives, fair hourly wage
Cons
Not enough concerts to work!

Flexible but inconsistent
Concession Cook (Current Employee) - Arlington, TX - April 4, 2022
The concessions manager and crew are great. The hours can be erratic sometimes. The only way to get good benefits is if you become a lead or supervisor or manager.

Food Runner (Former Employee) - Jones Beach State Park, NY - March 8, 2022
management sucks and only the cashiers get tips, they do not share what so ever because customers can only pay with card. It is not fair what so ever

Cool Place To Work
Bartender (Former Employee) - Philadelphia, PA - September 16, 2021
It’s a great opportunity to meet people, network, and watch concerts! They are flexible with your schedule and there is always hours available. They just need to increase the pay a little bit!

Cons

Fun fast paced work environment
So far I love working for the Legends! Everyone is kind, the bosses are great, and you make good money. Another plus is getting to be at the games and events. They also put out a snack and Beverage area at the start of your shift so you can grab snacks and waters to hold you over and they also give you a meal card for each game.
Pros
Fun times, free lunch, good money
Cons
You have to be there hours in advance

Good Pay but Bad management
Marketing Coordinator (Former Employee) - Los Angeles, CA - April 27, 2021
This was an entry level job and the starting pay was higher than other companies. I ended up having so many jobs in one it could be overwhelming and management and HR was not supportive. I had the best co workers though! We got free snacks and great benefits.

Much love for Legends
Maintenance Coordinator (Current Employee) - Denver, CO - February 8, 2021
This particular location has a great team that does well in communication and attempting to not only meet the need of the customers but of its employees as well. I would definitely say this location has its benefits that may not be shared universally across Legends, but it is clear what the mission is and the support is there to get the job done.
Pros
Communication, Benefits, Collaboration
