I have a positive insight for the future of LVHN. Only concern is the choice of leadership in certain departments. Some don’t seem to either have the experience, advocate and/or listen to their staff. It’s almost like there is a lack of common sense for some
It's a little questionable. Building way too many facilities. Should worry about the offices you already have and keeping those in good standing first. Then maybe worry about keeping up with the competition.
There needs to be better management and leadership. Certain departments are run by a bunch of clowns. They need to start with the managers and work their way up the ladder.
Needs better Leadership
