The managers are just riding out the contract with no intent to move up abd therefor provide room for growth. The executive leadership is all words with no context, and there is no emphasis on leadership - just make the budget and it doesnt matter how.

Management is supportive of employees and doesn’t micromanage. There are also good networking and advancement opportunities. Benefits are decent and include stock purchase program.

This company has great Benefits. One thing I do not like is they put you on an annual contract with no assurance of renewal. Managers are good. Could be paid more.

The company is at the mercy of the FTC. The FTC asked too much for too little pay. The FTC micromanages Leidos management and management in turn micromanages the customer service reps to please the FTC. The CSR dept has very high turnover rate. I can not recommend working for this company. The ability to work from home does not make the job worth it.

My first three interviews at Leidos (Billing Analyst l.) were over-phone, with one being virtual, due to COVID-19. Each interview started with an overview of the company (I was interviewing by two individuals, each time) and then they would leave some time for me at the end, to ask me questions about workplace situations (tell me about a time when you resolved conflict; tell me why you are the best candidate for the job, etc.). Initially, each of these times, a recruiter reached out to me with Pre-Screen questions.
