Really depends on which department you are working in. Currently we are all busy. Spring is a critical time in our industry, all of our dealer's are gearing up for summer and bike season! Some areas it's so busy we are having a difficult time keeping up. The call center is slammed, any work (other than answering the 800#) you need to get done is difficult to get done with the calls coming in. The volume the call center is processing feeds to the warehouse, purchasing, payable and receivables. It's a good problem to have but we definately need more staff in ALL areas of the company. If we were staffed appropriately there would be peaks and valleys is the work flow as any Powersports distributor will have.
It varies as each department handles their own interviewing process.
