Fast Paced Competitive
Member Services Agent (Current Employee) –  San Francisco, CAMarch 27, 2018
It is a very fast paced environment that ultimately creates a very competitive attitude. moving anywhere in the company becomes very political, as people who are friends with managers or other departments get moved while they are simply not meeting any goals or metrics.
Pros
snacks, benefits, game rooms
Cons
no time to eat snacks, or use the game rooms

Member Support Representative (Former Employee) –  San Francisco, CAMarch 16, 2018
Very poor management with no clear direction. No transparency whatsoever with their employees. Low salary and few opportunities for advancement. Especially in operations, your input does not matter whatsoever.
