Great place if you love Drama, talking bad about people and working long days.
Loan consultant (Former Employee) –  Corbin, KYSeptember 20, 2019
you’re lied to in the interview. The schedule is so demanding you don’t have time for a life outside of the work place, you’ll work late nights, Saturday’s, if you have small kids, forget about being able to enjoy life with them. They talk bad about every person that Walks through the door. They forge documents that need to be signed by the customers, they don’t care about you. They also have favorites in their office who can’t even do their job correctly. and they let other employees talk down to you and treat you like trash.

Lendmark Cares about it’s employees
Manager (Current Employee) –  ArizonaSeptember 16, 2019
It’s been a long time since I worked at a place that cares about its employees. As long as you put in the work and act like an adult Lendmark will take care of you. It’s as easy as that. They offer a competitive salary and benefits package, fantastic work/life balance. They give back to the community and if you want to advance they offer a variety of trainee programs if management is your goal. Iam a lifer and I don’t plan on going anywhere as long as the culture remains like this.
Pros
Salary, benefits, pto, work/life balance, in office perks like coffee/water

Loan consultant l (Former Employee) –  Paducah, KYAugust 26, 2019
You become part of a team. As long as you stay within the guidelines of what is expected of you, it will be a good journey. Patients are a plus. Must be able to handle stress for monthly goals to be met. Loved my time working there

Poor Management
Centralized Servicing Representative II (Former Employee) –  Covington, GAAugust 20, 2019
Too many friends hiring and promoting friends. This company needs to hire professional knowledgeable people for a more solid foundation.
I never feel like I completely know my job. They always add on more work, but not more money and call it job security.
Pros
Great Benefits and Plenty of Time off options
Cons
Poor management and not enough training.

Place sucks
Amazon Fulfillment Associate (Former Employee) –  Williamsport, PAAugust 3, 2019
No job security. Cut throat managers. Poor pay. No advancement. Benefits suck. Manager is clueless and blames his mistakes on the employees instead of admitting to them.

Could be better
Loan Consultant II (Former Employee) –  Chesapeake, VAAugust 2, 2019
If you came from a job similar to lendmark, then you’ll be just fine. They barely train, so after your one week of training with the training specialist, good luck. You’re going to need it. The hours exceed 40 weekly. You might pull 60 hours in one week if your store is bad. Work life balance... never saw it positively. But they do work with you in other ways.

Lendmark was a great company to work for. The leadership team was very personal and approachable. The company could have benefit more from upgraded technology, toom many manual processes.

Great company terrible management
Loan Consultant (Current Employee) –  Waldorf, MDJuly 2, 2019
The company is awesome provides benefits most do not however your experience will only be as good as your manager. Management seems to be biased and un empathetic. They want you to put your work before your family and make it difficult to request time off. I also have experienced situations where management stirs up conflict between others for their own entertainment. Not a professional place to work.

Will lie during interview
Loan Consultant (Former Employee) –  Columbia, SCJune 7, 2019
During the interview process they will tell you that you will have an "occasional" late night or a Saturday. This is a complete lie, you will work 3 Saturdays a month and 6-8 late nights a month. The district manager says he is working too, but you will see him sending emails from his iPhone. They will randomly tell you that you are working late, no advance notice, then you will have to run around and figure out what to do if you have kids and things. The last day of the month you can easily be there until 9pm. You are only as good as the day before, the goals they give you are not realistic at all. Will say that working late/Saturdays are up to you but give you unattainable goals and will talk down to you if you do not work those days. I would consider other options before working here.

Worst place don't do it
Loan Consultant (Former Employee) –  Unknown, ncMay 30, 2019
Poor management that will pin you against other teammates. You are daily subjected to emails of what a terrible job you are doing, if you dont produce they call you out publically. Very stressful, not good if you have a family. There is no balance. You get told last minute you have to work late. Cant take off last week of month, Saturday you work before you do on weekdays so u have to start 8am. People are nasty and rude because you call them daily, sometimes 2-6 times depending on what day of month it is.
Pros
Heathcare
Cons
Management, very competitive, harassment of customers, lots of weekends
