The management at this place is horrible. The accounting manager is vindictive and has gotten a lot of the Senior Accountants fired. She came from Riverstone and has a rep of not keeping her employees. The VP of Property Management and Senior Property Manager are lazy and are only there to delegate their work,

Good start up company. First building to open on the west coast need a little more structure from upper management. additional could use better knowledge of the accounting systems and market research. Pricing and new initiatives need more research before setting up in emerging market development.
