Its a no compete clause that is for a year. However nobody has been bothered by it. After you quit/ get fired last thing any les schwab manager cares about it how you farther provide for your family. I think its more directed to quiting and starting your own tire business
Absolutely not. You have the right to work wherever you’re qualified and get hired for and as long as you’re legally allowed to work in the United States.
I had a good friend who left Les Schwab a few months ago and they told him he can't work in another tire center that's within 3 counties of any Les Schwab store.
Not true, but you cannot work for another tire shop while working for LS if I remember correctly. But trust me, I wouldn't consider working anywhere else outside of working here. This job is very rewarding if you can hang.
