Incompetent people running around like chickens with their heads cut off, but not accomplishing anything. In my 3 CT/NY Chapters, they were patting themselves on the back for being ahead of the year before, but they had nothing the year before. They had more ex-corporate sponsors than corporate sponsors and no knowledge of why. The bar is very low. It was the most poorly managed organization I was ever a part of and this Executive Director got promoted. Make your own conclusions.
