As a corporate employee (non-sales/ retail), I receive 9-10 paid holidays plus 4 weeks paid vacation (3 if you have been there less than 5 years) and 1 week sick leave per year. 501 K matching, profit sharing (P band level is 10% bonus annually). Vision, dental and medical contributions. They also offer maternity & paternity leave (of which a few weeks are paid), also applicable to adoption and foster care.
