What is the best part of working at the company?I love the people. But like many companies today your skills may get overlooked or under valued. There is not much room to grow once you get set on a career path. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Having goals and expectations are a necessary part of growing a company. The inability to acknowledge those that are unreasonable set people up for failure. They seem to put people in bad situations routinely. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?This industry is very stressful. This company seems to exceed industry standards in the stress department. What is a typical day like for you at the company?I always seemed to be working behind schedule.

Please do not waste your time

This is a family business that only cares about continuing to line the pockets of the family. The select few at the top care nothing about everyone else. Don't expect to get good training, regardless of the position. You're expected to just figure it out. Also, the benefits are a complete joke...no PTO for the first year then I was looking at only 3 days the second year and 5 days the third year.

Pressroom (Current Employee) - Lewisburg, TN - July 15, 2021

Standard work week is a minimum of 60 hours with no relief in sight and management will ask for extra weekend shifts every week. Work/Life balance is very bad especially in the pressroom. Machines are poorly maintained and management promises to fix issues but never follows through. Very hard to get raises and pay scale is skewed. Too many false promises and poor communication to employees

Everyone is not treated the same. The pay across the board is well below industry standards. Very unorganized and poor decisions are made on a daily basis.

Great Ownership Family, potential for explosive growth, some typical family owned business internal politics but otherwise a good place to work. Great local community supporters rarely found in today's world!
