Lexicode is a great company when they have work for you. You choose your hours and flexibility is awesome. One huge drawback to consulting companies is that when a client decides to pull the plug, you just might be pushed aside while waiting for your new client assignment. Benefits used to be really great but if you need good pharmacy benefits look elsewhere. My hubby is on insulin and all the money he pays for this goes to deductible. Used to be just a copay. Employee cost if you have dependents is a little on the high side especially with bad pharmacy coverage/cost.Plus side: Education department is remarkable. So many free CEUs!

Training and room for advancement. They work with you if you need to take a leave of absence. They provided bonuses. They havevery flexible schedules.

It is good as a start, but not good for the long term career development.Work flexibility is great, education is the best; but advancement is limited.

So far everyone seems to want to help you succeed and are willing to help. Although I work remotely there is still a good sense of team and working together for the benefit of employees, the company and the clients.

I have been employed with Lexicode for about 3 months now and I absolutely love working here! Some jobs will train you for a couple of days and send you out to work, but with this company they train you and make sure your ready to the job you were hired to do. Before working at Lexicode I had been out of work for almost 2 years due to COVID but I feel like I never left the workforce! I had never heard of Schoology before starting with this company, but they offer it as a training tool and it is absolutely amazing! It's going back to school all over to learn your trade, and I absolutely love it! I love the benefits package as well. If anyone is considering a position at Lexicode I will say this "take it" and you will not look back! I think you will find that you are going to excel in your career and the knowledge you will gain from joining this company will be worth it! The hardiest part of the job is showing up on time! And finally the best part of this job is my amazing Lead and Manager! These two ladies come in do their jobs but don't mind helping the newbees (me) lol! No seriously they will help you with whatever you need when it comes to getting your computer setup, learning how to use the clocking system, the VPN access, to much much more! So I will say this if you want to apply...apply knowing that this company is one that will be around for years to come and I plan on being here until I retire or longer!
