Great culture and environment but the director of environmental aide department in orland park is unfair and dosent have organaization skills on how to train her staff in her department. Very bias and phony. Favortism.

Horrible leaders,abusive, verbally and emotionally, pitting staff against each other and their supervisors.good pay ,no life balance you will be expected to work like a dog,with no life,people quit soon after hired,

Management is horrible not always ready to help no adequate staffing and resources

The staff is rude. People hardly speak. There is a lot of favoritism. This is the only place I know you can walk out of and they will let you come back. Horrible management and training.
