What is the dress code like in the call center specifically?

10 answers

It starts out business casual but eventually people start wearing jeans and T-shirt’s. Management seems to have other issues to force the dress code.

Business casual thanks to the new OM you will be asked to go home change and come back and get an occurrence for it. They sometimes have where you can donate $50 for a month of dress down which just means you will be able to wear jeans

Some people dress nice especially when you are new or classy. Later on, They don't follow dress code at all!! I can see people's still showing their naked shoulder next to a TL and nothing is been said... Seriously people..!

You start professional and all nice. Later on you end wearing jeans, short sleeves, short skirts and tennis shoes. Dress code is not followed as simple it is

Business Casual!
