Our 485-bed modern medical complex anchors a vast, countywide network of more than 600 physicians, 60 medical practices, six community-based medical and urgent care centers, an occupational health center, the largest extended care facility in the Carolinas and an Alzheimer’s care center. And that’s just the beginning!

Doctors are terrific and caring. Favoritism is clear. Staff are hard working and coworkers are backstabbing. If you make a mistake, they are sure to report it! The culture is phony. The cliques make sure they keep you down. Management sees you work hard and go out of your way for others, but that doesn't matter. They don't even know your job because - more...
