People Focused People-Focused Every new Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, and Construction Manager attends in-house training in The Woodlands, Texas. Training is personally led by the CEO and COO of LGI Homes. Goal Setting Goal Setting Every month, employees sit down with management for 1-on-1 goal setting sessions. Once per year, LGI employees outline their long term vision and continuing goals. 100 Day Training 100 Day Training Every employee experiences 100 days of training where we dive into the LGI Homes culture and learn the ins and outs of what makes us a top homebuilder.
