At LGI Homes, we are a systems based company and have a big emphasis on goal setting and CANI (Constant and Never Ending Improvement). With that being said, each employee sits down with their manager once a month to discuss both personal and professional goals. This allow our employees to not only build that one on one relationship with their manager but also know exactly what is expected of them in their role, so there aren't any surprises. Each role within our company also has a manual in place. We believe that by having an emphasis on training and goals, our employees have all of the tools that they need to succeed and grow within their role at LGI.
