I would start from the top and get rid of management especially HR you need someone who has employees interest in mind. Then with the managers and supervisors. We need a great management team the whole 24 hrs! Leads are only doing what they are asked to do as far as the communication how can a lead communicate with employees when they don't know what's going on themselves. Building old, that one way end and out sucks! So many risks with running into trucks when you can't see them coming over the hill plus potholes are horrible all year!! Great pay but so little pros and so many cons this really would be a great job of you had better management.....
