Home Office is a very political culture that makes you feel so beat down and unappreciated at the end of the day. I would say this is a ok place for junior level career or fresh out of college. Get your experience and move on. This company is not good for mid level or experienced career. You are not cared about. There is zero culture, morale is so so low.
