Typically for our positions, an initial phone interview will be conducted by either Talent Acquisition or the HR Business Partner representing the LDI division. In this conversation, we're looking to breathe life into your resume and get to know the human associated with the piece of paper.
If you move to the next round, it's an onsite interview with the HRBP and the hiring manger (or sometimes another phone interview if you are not located in the same geographic area). Finalists are then moved to a final on-site interview with the broader hiring team. This provides an opportunity to meet peer-level and cross-functional team members.
