Productive and fun workplace
Smaller company with coworkers that feel more like family. Professional environment but also less stressful than a hospital setting. Convenient hours and major holidays off.

You don't want to work here!
At the interview, you're promised a good work/life balance and it's simply not the case with this company. Management is AWFUL and never around. Don't ask questions as you'll be deemed not capable of doing your job. ZERO breaks. The amount of work given for one person is simply overwhelming and cannot be achieved on a daily basis.

If your plan on working here. Please don't expect to be recognized for any good that you do including working on the front line during the pandemic. You don't get reviews for a raise and there is no room for advancement.

chaos, not enough people to work for what needs to be done, no appreciation, working off clock and still not good enough, patients complain, horrible management, not paid enough for what one goes through
