Work & Life Balance

Customer Service Representative in Herndon, VA
on November 26, 2018
good place to work
Good Place to work. You have to pass the Property and Casualty exam but they will pay for it. The office is bright and cheerful, everyone got along...
Software Development Manager in New Hampshire
on May 6, 2021
The company in general is good to work for but favoritism is everywhere and is valued over someone who has performed at a higher level. D&I is a big push and that is definitely something that was needed.
Claims Resolution Representative in Albany, NY
on May 5, 2021
High stress, toxic corporate culture with little to no work life balance. Be prepared for everchanging duties with subpar training. Advancement is available to those who aren't necessarily qualified, but are instead in the good graces of managers. Metrics and workloads are unrealistic forcing many to work off the clock.
Marketing Coordinator in Boston, MA
on May 5, 2021
The pay is good. But the salary is a trap. Once you get sick of Liberty’s dysfunction (and you will), it will be hard to go somewhere else and take a pay cut.
Property Adjuster in Liberty Lake, WA
on May 2, 2021
Life home balance is not good. Unreasonable expectations. Hard to advance. Managers are not on the same page and communication is poor. Pay is good and you do receive bonuses based on your yearly evaluation.

I was asked about Metrics and how I would use them to further my job performance and experience with the company. Also asked if metrics were used to evaluate my performance in previous jobs.
