Good Place to work. You have to pass the Property and Casualty exam but they will pay for it. The office is bright and cheerful, everyone got along...

Wonder place to work. Great inclusive culture. Managment is there to help, they have a very strong team in place. Very flexible with scheduling and work life balance.

I've worked for this company for more than 20 years and I can honestly say that they are one of the most flexible and inclusive employers that I've experienced. They listen to their employees and work hard to make it a great place to work.

They paid very well for what the job was, but we were upset with the shifts. During interviews we were told shift bids were done every few months and assuming you met your goals, you should expect promotions every six months. I have 2 cousins who work there and that's what happened with them so I expected the same. I'm not sure if policies changed or what, but after 2 years, my entire team (I will say, our whole hiring group stayed on for 2+ years which is rare in a call center) did not get any shift changes, and of course you start out at the worst schedule. They did have one round of promotions about 1.5 years in but only promoted 2/10 on our team despite us all meeting goals. They were very focused on goals (average call time, schedule adherence, customer reviews, etc) always wanting us to improve, even if we were exceeding expectations. I finally got promoted after getting top agent 4 months in a row, but hated the new position, and despite being one of their best agents, they wouldn't let me go back to my old position or try something else. I ended up quitting over that because they wouldn't work with me. Overall, it was a good opportunity for experience but I didn't love how we were treated

Stressful. No work life balance. Good benefits. Need to break down work load so that people aren't overwhelmed at work. Overtime is required and it's still not enough.

I was asked about Metrics and how I would use them to further my job performance and experience with the company. Also asked if metrics were used to evaluate my performance in previous jobs.
