Their payment scale rarely changes, individual departments make it hard to move up or get half decent ratings due to Liberty's PCM model they use. Antiquated. Also, they will do everything they can to keep you from moving up the scale so they don't have to pay more. It's pretty sad when you are told to lower your expectations.Asked March 1, 2018

I was an attorney in Field Legal. The work environment is dehumanizing and oppressive. It is a sweat shop. If you are not willing to “drink the cool aid,” you will be miserable. I wouldn’t wish a job with Liberty Mutual on my worst enemy.
