Good job

Nice benefits. Fast pace call center. Heavy work load for adjusters. Good time management skills required. This was overall a good company to work for.

Great environment /wrong expectations

I can say Liberty by far has great culture, management that I have ever experienced with any customer service job. Training is quick & they do kind of throw you on the phones within less than a month of training (after licensing training/test which is about 2 weeks) but If you really need help they will take the time and help. Of course every dept. is different I work in CSR (customer service). As far as work/life I believe it is pretty fair you incur PTO every month and get extra hours near the holiday. The only downside of this dept is the fact that they failed to tell us is in the beginning Leads is a required metric in order to keep this job. Once you move up in the role you have to send a certain percentage of leads each month. If you don’t send enough leads you can be considered for termination if you don’t bring it up within 2 months. I literally am a beast at every other metric except sales & it sucks that one metric which has to do with sales can lead me to be fired. They should have communicated that more. A lot of customers are calling in and expressing concerns, and get things done . Offering a lead when there trying to save money (even if they can get a discount) often pushes them away. I also didn’t sign up for trying to push sales, I’m here for customer service! They already have a outbound sales team that calls existing customers to try and get other lines, it makes no sense to me. But all in all Liberty has good benefits & nice work place, just didn’t expect sale leads to possibly lead to getting fired

Decent management and stressful job

Call center environment. Management was helpful and the pay and benefits were good. But job is very very stressful and can mess with your mental health. Large portion of your calls are angry customers about rate increases.
