Praise for top-performing reps, only to fire them because of data integrity. In house management does nothing to combat this because of their paychecks. These firings are coming from corporate. For the other top reps, they are selling policies with super high deductibles. Not much "care and compassion" when a roof claim can't be paid because it's less than the deductible written by the agent. Lead sources are getting progressively worse and the goals are staying high. Many leads don't qualify, and we are pawning them off to another company. It is becoming "Liberty Mutual and a bunch of other companies". Conversion overall is 12%, but the goal is 18%.

Turnover is going up, again...

The money is good if you're not concerned with writing high deductibles and being able to sleep at night. I have a conscience and cannot write that type of poor business.

Work environment is terrible, and getting worse. I've never seen leadership as clueless and out-of-touch with their employees, so the rank and file don't believe anything management says. For all the talk of integrity, caring, compassion, and innovation, Liberty is ruled by egos and politics. The company only cares about scoring high numbers on meaningless metrics, so people give them what they want, while never speaking up. Retaliation is common.

Morale is in the toilet, case loads more than double of what's reasonable to manage. I have worked in high volume, high stress insurance positions for many years and within a year at Liberty I was having panic attacks and on anxiety meds. Everyone I know is stressed out and looking for a way out.

I could not recommend it to anyone.

A great deal of pressure. Superiors are rated on numbers we werent supposed to be held accountable. The supervisors don't stop pushing you. The computer OS is outdated. One program is still DOS based.

There's a reason they temp you with good benefits and salary. They figure that if you get good money then you overlook that they work you to death, put you in stressful situations then not help.

I left LMI, the lies Human Resources would say when questioned. They will do anything to make things so hard you will quit. IT looks good on paper. Nice practice. They feel they are above us.
One word......
Understand, I will no longer allow LMI to push me around. LMI needs to take a good hard look on the employee

I'm not done with LMI. They need to understand before they say anything.

In short I've work for 40 yrs, 25 in insurance, and I've never worked for a shady company.

DON'T WORK HERE.

Too few people required to do too much work, and lots of people wrapped up in drama and power struggles. Toxic and stressful, lots of bullying and favoritism.

While the cute parties and contests etc are fun. They go overboard. The parties are a ruse to modivate people to unreasonable goals. Not many last long due to stress.
