Communication is a vital part in the performance of both employees and managers. Encourage communication from upper management to employees more and open about things going on throughout the company. It is being seen now but still has a great need for improvement overall. Liberty Source is a great place to work and learn skills other business generally have no time to teach. I enjoy coming to work to learn new things but being blindsided by projects or items that were talked about two weeks to a month prior makes it difficult to priorities duties each day.
