If its liberty tire Calhoun you are interviewing for I would say run the other way. Awful environment to be in as far as management is concerned. They dont care about the employees at all

Corporate office should go in and clean house at liberty tire Calhoun. Fire the General manager and all the supervisors and promote the seniors that are there to those positions. The general manager treats the workers like dog doo doo especially the temps that work there.
