I think the future looks great. LTR is the number one tire recycling company and is committed to staying the leader. I believe that, if anything, Liberty will be growing.

Be prepared to show good work ethic, be part of the team, give your best effort. Work is outdoors, so if you like indoor factory work, this might not be for you. Lots of opportunity to work through challenges, but that just keeps it interesting. All 3 shifts, so good for both early birds and night owls.
