What would you suggest Liberty University management do to prevent others from leaving?
Well, the management would have to fire themselves. With a few exceptions, most Director-level and up managers are there because they toe the line and do not ask any questions, and they praise Dear Leader in every meeting.
Particularly in Online, you will be treated as a cog in the works that can and will be replaced at any time. The VP over Online makes over 10x as much as the people who come in the door to handle phone calls, and he has absolutely no people skills. The director that was already mentioned here rules by fear and by promoting people who he knows will be yes men/women and will be too shy or feel indebted to stand up to him. Most people work here for the continuing Ed benefit, but you would be way better off borrowing the money and not wasting your time at LU. I can tell you that from a hard lesson learned.
Liberty University is completely separate from the Thomas Road Baptist Church, so tithing doesn't play a part in the job here.
Liberty will continue to grow and thrive! There is constantly construction happening and it will eventually be a world class university.
