Great People, bad work/life balance, bad working environment
The people are alot of fun. They are mostly young and inexperienced with informal processes and led by over-achievers that don't quite understand the US consumer or workforce.
They work in wide open spaces that are loosely veiled to promote collaboration, but it really feels more like a method to control and oversee the workforce. The leadership - more... tends to be more controlling and micro-managing then trusting or empowering.
Benefits are standard, and fee like they offer just enough to be competitive. As time went on, these benefits eroded and become less desirable.

ProsGreat people with young energy
ConsNeed to make the workplace environment more in line with what US employees and consumers expect
