Not knowing if the procedures you've learned will still be there next month. Nothing is ever certain, and the constant change goes beyond being adaptable.
Staff being stretched thin to do way too many things, all of which "have to be done".
Unrealistic expectations. Horrible store management. Low morale.

The scheduling. If you are only giving your employees about 20 hours a week, so be it. The company made it clear the hours that were availible. It was made clear that I would probibly need another part time job. Once again, I understand. The real problem is the fact that the schedule usaully is posted the day before it starts and is never the same. How am I supposed to work another job under those conditions? I have a family and must provide for them. We were promised that the scedule would be out three weeks in advance in training. This is not a bad company, they just need to get their act together and keep the promises they made to us.
