Lido was founded by a team whose professional experience combines years of clinical work in somatic experiencing, psychology, marriage and family focus, and DBT with an emphasis on trauma, mood disorders, disordered eating, and co-occurring issues. Our mission is to be the last treatment experience our patients will need.

Great staff with great mission
I love working at LWC. The team is very collaborative and hardworking, but also fun and silly. It’s a great place to serve patients struggling with mental health issues. We are not primary substance abuse which I don’t think most people realize

Challenging and rewarding
Working at Lido has been a great learning experience for me. The work is challenging and stressful at times, but it is also rewarding. I love being able to be a part of someone's process towards a better life. The team that I work with is supportive and encouraging. Management has implemented changes that improved the workflow and seem to listen to feedback from employees.

Overworked and underpaid
Lido wellness does not provide a safe environment for clinicians. Upper management does not provide support to clinicians and the burn out rate is very high. The acuity of clients is RTC LOC and it often feels unethical treating them at PHP and IOP level of care.

An extremely cohesive company built on integrity.
This place is a gem in the recovery industry. I had autonomy to be authentic in my therapeutic style and gained a vast amount of knowledge from the seasoned professionals on the clinical team.
