Worked as mechanic in Aurora and saw multiple staff firings and people quoting due to unstable and unhealthy management. If you can get a job outside of Aurora it might be the best job you ever had, but beware ofthe corporate head quarters it is the worst place I have ever worked in my 25 years of aviation.
