Working here in unethical, you will not be trained, told that HR will handle everything when they don’t have a HR department currently and so everything is being handled by the Headquarters in TN, who have no idea what is going on. Most of the staff are under qualified and they put all of the work on the Behavioral Health Tech’s who usually quit after a short time there. No support from admin and a lack of communication across the board.

The clients were amazing; that's the only good thing about the place. The facility and management sucks. Theres Favoritism, no training, unlawful and unjust practices. I could go on but I wont.

While there are still some great perks - free meals, paid trainings, and benefits - the entire facility is going through huge changes fast. These changes are negatively impacting quality of care for clients and quality of work for therapists. The culture now is one of fear and everyone is impacted. Almost the entire Clinical team has turned over in the past year.
