Sometime you drive a total of 6 hours round trip in one day and only work for 4 hours and other days you drive 3 hours plus work a 12-hour shift depending on patient count can feel extremely strenuous after a couple months .

The vactaion policy is based on the months youve worked then you will accumulate time & sick days after so mny days being in your position.

Same with outbound $10.00 hr no matter how much experience or time in with the company no raises. Unless you are in good with the management team.
