I learned a lot about the kids and the community I worked with. One of the best things about this company was the coworkers and management. I have never had a bad experience with anybody else at this company, everyone was so nice.

I only left because this is a job that is only good if you're a student with little time to spare. By that I mean for - more... Program Coordinator was only offered 6 hours a week (divided into 3 (2) hour day shifts) and obviously, nobody can make a living off that wage. Prospaid holidays, friendly and professional management, theme park discounts, paid monthly meetings with food
Consshort hours, lack of more hours, and not enough staff for kids with special needs (it's just 1 person with 20 kids), monthly meetings could be 30+ miles away
