PTO is only provided to full time employees or part time employees that work a certain amount of hours in a quarter. You accumulate 3.34hrs per pay period until you hit 5years of being with the company then you get a little more - if you've been with the company for awhile the PTO is great, BUT good luck trying to take it. They expire 9/30 as the year starts 10/1.
