Over time (time and a half pay) and if you work more than 30 hours a week you get health benefits. You also get a free "Diamond Premier" membership, which is the best one they offer.
Depending on the State, The state of Michigan provides paid sick time off. It is based on how much you work, the more you work the more time you have in you account. I am part time and have worked there for 1.5 years. I have 25 hours in my "sick time" balance. Depending on your department, your manager will probably never tell you about. My manager encourages me to use them up before the end of the year.
This is for hourly employees-It really depends on the department and the club, I cannot stress this enough. I work in a very successful AQ department and I have received 4 raises and I will receive a 5th in the next couple months.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Life Time? What are the steps along the way?
I actually interviewed 5 times and it took weeks just to find out their pay scale is impossible to build without a full clientele. If they don't hire you, you will never hear back from the Mgr of the salon. Everyone is stuck up and were not very nice to me.
I was called by one of the senior managers who noticed my resume lost in the shuffle years ago. He called and asked if I was still interested in the job I pursued originally at a different location and I agreed, and so I was scheduled for an in-person interview.
