What would you suggest LifeBridge Health management do to prevent others from leaving?
Health insurance should be issued on time especially these days of Covid 19.it should be an emergency to employees. managers should stop listening to false rumours who are haters and observes for themselves. some managers are discriminatory they dhould stop it and make everyone equal
Our department was fast-paced daily with answering the telephones, scheduling patients and preparing for the next day.
My nurse manager was caught in too many lies and I couldn't tolerate that anymore. Not a true Magnet hospital for nurses. No shared governance. No real nursing research. Unsafe handoffs actually no handoff from ED whatsoever just drop he patient. Not even a bedside report. Rules change everyday and the rules are different for different people. I utilized the chain of command to complain and it did absolutely nothing. It just exhausted me. My coworkers were great but in the end I had to do what was best for my future.
Staffing. Don’t know who is coming and who is not. A train wreck. Staffing office is rude. Always socializing and making mistakes.
Why do you think you are the best person for the job and what can you bring to the company if you get hired and what are your expectations
