For a company that has such an incredible
Mission the work environment is not supportive, cut throat and unnecessarily stressful. Most disappointing though is the obvious lack of women and diversity in senior leadership positions in this organization.

When the manager refers to employees as "the enemy" or justifies treating them horribly by calling them "mercenaries" then you have a terrible work environment. Management 100% admits to burning out employees and not caring because "mercenaries are replaceable". Obviously they know nothing about business or management because everyone knows it costs more to recruit and train new people than to retain good employees. What a joke.
